About ROAS Shield
ROAS Shield is an ads-first comment-moderation tool for Facebook and Instagram. We protect the performance of your paid ads and turn buyer-intent comments into replies and conversations — with the campaign and ad context your team already works in.
What we do
We moderate Facebook and Instagram ad comments at scale: hiding spam, scams, and link drops that drag down social proof and click-through rate, while surfacing the buyer-intent comments your team actually wants to reply to.
Every comment carries its ad-level context — which campaign, ad set, and ad it landed on — so moderation decisions and replies are grounded in what you are actually running. That ad context is the difference between a generic moderator and a tool built for paid social.
Why ads-first
We are a newer, focused entrant — not a legacy all-in-one social suite. We deliberately do one thing: moderate and convert the comments on your paid Meta ads. That focus is the whole point.
We built ROAS Shield for performance marketers, DTC brands, lead-gen advertisers, and small agencies — teams whose ad spend lives or dies by how comments look under their ads. Compared with generic social-suite moderators, that means deeper ad-level context and pricing built for high comment volume rather than for a broad publishing-and-scheduling product you do not need.
We would rather be honest about being newer and narrow than pretend to be everything. Our guides and product decisions come from building this tool — see the byline on our resources for the editorial behind it.
How we operate
Principles we build into the product
These are not roadmap promises — they are how the product behaves by default and how the data layer is built.
Auto-delete is off by default — and schema-blocked
Deletion is opt-in per rule, requires a high confidence threshold, and any buyer-intent comment is demoted to "hide" instead of deleted. The guarantee lives in the data layer, not a settings page.
AI replies are draft-only by default
Generated replies wait for a human to approve them. Auto-send is something you turn on deliberately, per rule, with confidence and risk gates — and it stays off entirely for regulated industries.
Your tokens never reach the browser
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and only ever used server-side. Every read and write is scoped to your workspace.
We read ad metadata only
We use ads_read to give comments their campaign / ad-set / ad context. We never use ads_management — we cannot and do not edit your campaigns, creatives, or budgets.
